After my appointment being changed to a telephone appointment due to covid I was a little apprehensive about it that it wouldn’t be much good and my awaiting treatment was going to drag on even longer, but I couldn’t have been more wrong!! Dr Jones made me feel at ease and explained all my options in such depth it was fantastic. Was back in contact the very next day arranging my future appointments to finally get my treatment started! Thank you

Joanne was really friendly and positive. My appointment was switched to a telephone appointment due to Covid but Joanne made me feel comfortable and supported nevertheless. Joanne answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Even though I feel a bit anxious about starting treatment, Joanne reassured me a lot and has made my anxiety feel much better. I felt like Joanne cared about me as a person and had chosen a treatment along with a group of other professionals that best suited me from all aspects of life. Thank you. I met Dr Jones for the first time at my 6 monthly MS check up on Friday 21st Feb 2020. As I hadn't seen her before I was quite nervous about what to expect, but Dr Jones couldn't have been nicer, ad was very quick to put me at ease. Even though the clinic was extremely busy (I was an hour late being seen) she didn't rush me and took time explaining any symptoms I had been experiencing recently and helped me feel positive about my current and future health situations. She couldn't have been nicer or more informative. My appointment's alternate between the MS Nurse and a Doctor. I don't know which Doctor I will actually be seeing. Having at least the same Doctor each time would make the continuity of treatment so much better.
